She has a special interest in working with children with developmental challenges and helping families with these concerns. She is also interested in issues related to emotional development in children, ADHD, mental health issues and asthma. She enjoys providing care to the wide diversity of families that choose DotHouse as their medical home.

Diem joined the DotHouse Health team in 2011 and enjoys making a difference in her community.
	Emily Feinberg, CPNP, ScD Pediatrics Education: Simmons College of Health Studies (1996);Harvard School of Public Health (2001) Languages: English, Spanish Biography: Emily Feinberg is a certified Nurse Practitioner. She provides pediatric and adolescent care from infancy through young adulthood. She is also a Professor at the Boston University School of Public Health where she teaches and also conducts research related to improving care for children with autism and other medical conditions. As a lifelong resident of Boston whose children attended Boston schools, Emily loves to help families connect with the great resources that the City offers to families.

Dr. Nguyen attended Harvard Medical School and completed his pediatric residency training at Seattle Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center. Dr. Nguyen’s clinical interests include pediatric asthma, adolescent medicine, and injury prevention. He previously served as Medical Director for the Boston Public Health Commission, supporting the City of Boston’s public health activities.

A Cleveland, Ohio area native, Judith has lived in the Boston area for over 30 years after attending Boston College's School of Social Work.
	Julie M. Crosson, MD Adult Medicine Education: University of Vermont, College of Medicine (1995); Boston Medical Center-Residency (1998) Languages: English, Spanish, French Biography: Dr. Crosson has been a primary care physician at DotHouse Health since 1998 and also serves as an Assistant Professor at the Boston University School of Medicine. She has led national workshops on communication skills building – specifically focused on caring for patients of diverse backgrounds. She was appointed the Evans Educator Director of the communication skills curriculum for residents at Boston University. Dr. Crosson is very interested in cross-cultural competence issues in healthcare and has co-led a workshop on precepting in cross-cultural encounters at the Society of General Medicine Disparities Forum and led a workshop at the Harvard University “Getting to Equal” Conference on health disparities.

She provides therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, families and groups. Treatment approaches offered are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Therapy, Relationship Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Group Therapy.

She has been working with adults and elderly patients at DotHouse since 1994. Lilliam holds a Masters in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Puerto Rico and has a particular focus on Dorchester’s Spanish-speaking population.

	Siobhan Kelly Dental Education: Mount Ida College (May 2018) Languages: English Biography: Siobhan is a Dental Hygienist in the DotHouse Health Dental Practice, where she's seen patients since joining the team in July 2017. Siobhan is a key member of DotHouse's integrated Pediatric Oral Health Initiative, helping to create a dental medical home for our patients.
	Sonia Erlich, LMHC Behavioral Health Education: Boston University School of Medicine Languages: English, Spanish Biography: Sonia is a Behavioral Health Clinician who is deeply committed to the well being of youth, families, and communities. Her field experience has included wilderness therapy in Utah, case management in Boston, and group leadership in community centers and residential treatment facilities. As a Clinical Therapist, she has provided counseling to individuals, families, couples, and groups. Her therapeutic approach draws upon mind-body techniques, creative expression, and trauma sensitivity. She has had more than a decade of working with people of various ages, identities, cultures, and life circumstances. Sonia earned her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine and her M.F.A. in Creative Writing. She is proficient in Spanish.

She provides prenatal care to women who choose to deliver their babies at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Sundyna sees patients postpartum, performs gynecologic care and contraceptive management for women in all stages of life. She also works on Labor & Delivery at BWH. Sundyna feels a strong affinity toward the LGBT community and feels that all women can benefit from the care and support of a midwife.

	Anuka Das, MD Family Medicine Education:University of Texas Medical Branch Columbia; University Mailman School of Public Health Languages:English and Bengali Biography: Dr. Anuka Das (she/her) is a Family Medicine-obstetrics physician. Originally born in Kolkata, India she found her way to Boston by way of immigrating to Texas with her family as a child. She completed her medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch and did her Family Medicine residency training at Boston Medical Center and Codman Square Health Center. She then completed a fellowship in surgical obstetrics at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina. At DotHouse Dr. Das provides primary care for adults and children, prenatal care, and does women’s health procedures. She also serves as our current Women’s Health Team Lead. She also works on labor and delivery and the inpatient medicine floors at Boston Medical Center. In her spare time, she enjoys spending outdoor time with her husband and rescue dog, photography, traveling, and exploring coffee shops and bookstores.

She loved the community of patients and providers so much that she stayed on as a full-time provider and has officially been in this role since August 2023! She enjoys pediatrics, working with students, and getting to work with providers of different specialties within the community health center. Outside of work, Dr. Kumar enjoys being outside, reading, and trying new coffee shops. She is excited to be part of the Dothouse family!

	Esther Tan, NP Adult Medicine Education:Boston College - Connell School of Nursing Languages:English Biography:Esther Tan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her FNP degree at Boston College - Connell School of Nursing and completed a one year NP residency training program in community Health. In addition to her NP training, she previous worked with urban families and youth as a Clinical Therapist as well as a Crisis Clinician in Emergency Services. She is passionate about working with urban communities and practicing integrative health, pursuing social justice and bridging the gap between mental and physical health for all.

At DotHouse, Dr. Connell provides primary care for people of all ages and prenatal care. At BMC, she cares for hospitalized patients on the Family Medicine inpatient service. LGBTQ+ care and adolescent health are two of her primary areas of interest. Outside of work, she likes baking, running, and watching sunsets. She also cares for prenatal patients in the office and has special training in office-based procedures, including long-acting contraception placement, skin procedures, and joint injections. She joined DotHouse in August of 2018.
	Grace Jeong, OD Eye Care Education: New England College of Optometry (2014); Residency: West Haven Veterans Affairs Hospital (2014-2015) Languages: English Biography: Dr. Grace Jeong is the director of eye care service and a primary care optometrist with a special interest in low vision ocular care. She completed her optometric degree at the New England College of Optometry in 2014 and completed a residency in low vision and ocular disease at the West Haven VA Medical Center. After residency, she worked as a clinical optometrist in private practice and at Boston Medical Center. In 2018, she joined DotHouse Health to further pursue her interest in serving underserved and diverse communities. She is also an adjunct faculty at the New England College of Optometry and provides clinical education to optometric residents and interns at DotHouse Health. During her free time, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, gardening, and traveling.

	Julianna Bordy-Fialkin Behavioral Health Education:Boston University Languages:English Biography: Julianna is a Clinical and Public Health Social Worker. She attended Boston University for her graduate work, where she received joint degrees in Social Work and Public Health. With a background in homeless services, legal aid funding, and child welfare policy, she worked for a number of years as a Primary Care Social Worker at Boston Children's Hospital, where she also managed a school-problems clinic Psychology and Developmental Pediatric trainees. She then returned to Boston Medical Center to manage an autism research project and to provide clinical training and supervision to Community Health Workers across multiple pediatric research studies. She continues in a training capacity at BMC and with the Boston Public Health Commission. A Boston native, Julianna is active in her community and is passionate about healthcare equity and access. She is the Project Manager and one of the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinicians for TEAM UP at DotHouse.

She completed her medical degree at the Universidad Central de Venezuela where she developed a passion for community health and serving the most vulnerable populations. She has a 20+ year career working as a clinician in Boston’s federally qualified health centers (FQHCs); over the years, Dr. Mir has held multiple leadership positions including being the Chief Medical Officer for DotHouse Health in Dorchester, MA and most recently the Chief Medical Officer of Community Care Cooperative (C3), a Massachusetts Medicaid Accountable Care Organization where she led FQHCs thru their journey towards value based models of care. Her areas of expertise include Health Equity, Performance Improvement, Virtual Care & Digital Equity , Care & Population Health Management programs. She maintains a clinical practice in Boston and is a great advocate for community health and rebuilding trust in our health care system.

	Mary Nguyen, AGNP Specialty Care, High Risk Care Manager Education: Languages:English, Conversational Vietnamese Biography:Mary joined DotHouse Health in 2019 as a staff nurse in Adult Primary Care, while pursuing her graduate studies. After completing the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program at UMass Boston, she was promoted to Chronic Care Nurse Manager and co-manages DotHouse's high risk patients with their primary care provider. Prior to joining DotHouse, she served as a registered nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital and St. Elizabeth's Medical Center.
	Maureen Hardiman, RN Specialty Care, OBOT Education:Umass Boston, BS Psych; Labouré College, AD Nursing Languages:English Biography:Grew up in Dorchester clinical interests involve seeing the relationship and impact of trauma and mood disorders in the setting of substance abuse. I like to be a positive and healing presence to all patients who walk through my door. For too long, many people who struggle with substance use and mental health problems have suffered with the disempowering feelings of guilt, shame and isolation. Thankfully, with medication assisted treatment and a holistic approach to health care, we can contribute to the health and well being of our patients. As well as assisting in management for all patients taking Warfarin. Also, Michelle is an Associate Clinical Professor at the Bouve College, School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Northeastern University.

She completed her Medical Degree at Morehouse School of Medicine in 2011 followed by an Internal Medicine Residency at Georgetown/Washington Hospital Center in 2014. After moving to Boston, Monica completed her Masters in Public Health degree with a concentration in Social Determinants of Health. Monica has been serving as a primary care physician in community health centers for over 5 years. In addition to providing primary care services, Monica has served as a volunteer consultant for Physician for Human Rights, where she works closely with individuals seeking asylum in the U.S.

She is a primary care optometrist with special interests in ocular disease, community health, and clinical teaching. She attended the Illinois College of Optometry and completed a residency in ocular disease at the VA in Brockton, MA. She serves as the student coordinator and provides clinical education to our optometric interns from the New England College of Optometry.

He completed his residency training at Tufts Children's Hospital in Boston. 	Stephen Marsh, MD Family Medicine Education:Albert Einstein College of Medicine MD (2015) Languages:English Biography:Dr. Stephen Marsh is a Family Medicine Physician and is a recent graduate of the Boston University Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Program. He is starting at DotHouse in June 2019. At DotHouse he will be providing Primary Care to adults, and children, as well as prenatal care to pregnant women. In addition to working at DotHouse, Dr. Marsh is also a faculty member of the Boston University Department of Family Medicine. Part of his role there will include taking care of patients in the hospital and medical student education. Some of Dr. Marsh's professional interests include: teaching, office based procedures, women's health, and pediatrics.
	Susana Tejada Dentistry Education: Languages:English Biography:Dr. Tejada was born and raised in New York and am of Ecuadorian and Lebanese descent. She moved to Massachusetts for college and have called MA her home since then. She have been practicing as a general dentist since 2010 and strongly believe in the mission and service of public health dentistry. Prior to joining DotHouse, she worked at The Dimock Community Health Center in Roxbury for 10 years. She joined the DotHouse Dental team in 2022 and is grateful for the opportunity to provide dental care to patients of the DotHouse community. She provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, and particularly enjoy working with our pediatric patients. She currently live in the North Shore and enjoys spending quality time with my husband and daughter.

Previously, she completed a Masters of Public Health at Boston University (2014), Medical School at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago (2018) and Internal Medicine residency at Boston Medical Center (2021). She looks forward to her next adventure in clinical practice at DotHouse Health Center in Boston, MA. Outside of medicine, Tara enjoys cooking, hiking and podcasts. A lifelong bookworm, Tara shares her home with her husband and daughter, a cat, a dog, a small army of succulents, and her growing library.

	Wenyu Qu, DMD, CAGS Dentistry Education:Boston University, Tufts University Languages:English, Chinese Biography: Hailing from the great plains of Lincoebraska, Dr. Qu has enthusiasticaily set new roots in the greater Boston area to become part of the awesome team here at-Dot House Health. He completed his undergraduate years at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a degree in molecular and cellular biology. He then made the move to the east coast where he attended Boston University where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine. At Boston University, Dr. Qu received his foundational training in digital dentistry, learning how to incorporate CAD/CAM technology into his everyday practice. It is_also where he fell in love with the city of Boston. Most recently, Dr. Qu completed his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in a General Practice Residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where he learned to manage complicated treatment plans as well as special needs dentistry. Dr. Qu is a member of the ADA, MOS, AAID, and AGO. In his free time, Dr. Qu likes to travel the world, watch a good movie, and spend time with his wife, Sarah and new baby Jordan.

Languages:English Biography:Dr. Spacht is an Internal Medicine primary care physician. Dr. Spacht has an interest in women's health, geriatric care, and prevention of cardiovascular disease.
	Yleis Engerman Behavioral Health Education:Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling- Alabama State University Languages:English Biography: Yleis is our Behavioral Health Director. She is dually licensed as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has a small caseload along with her Director duties, providing therapy to adults for both behavioral health and substance abuse needs.

	Yuna Kim, MD Adult Medicine Education: School of Medicine, Kangwon National University, South Korea Languages: English, Korean Biography:Dr. Kim is an internist and a geriatrician. She completed her medical degree at Kangwon National University, South Korea, and her internships at Catholic University Yeouido St. Mary's Hospital and Yonsei University Severance Hospital, South Korea. Her residency was at Internal Medicine, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (NYC Health and Hospital/Queens Program). She joined DothouseHealth after completing her geriatrics fellowship at NYU. She began a cognitive assessment clinic in 2020 to assess cognitive and functional frailty. Her interests include memory loss/dementia, diabetes care, and bone health in a geriatric population.
