RN Team Leader

 

The RN Team Leader performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities, directs the practice of medical assistant, LPN’s and RN’s, and performs charge nurse responsibilities.  In addition, he/she will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care to pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. 

The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated and organized individual with a valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts, and at least 3 years of clinical experience. BSN preferred. Computer proficiency and knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required. Must have excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
