PC Support Technician The PC Desktop Support Technician provides on-site and remote first level support to end users/customers of all Local Area Network (LAN)-based applications. The PC Desktop Support must a dynamic team player who understands problems and identify solutions, document issues into the IT ticketing system and escalate them to higher level as needed. In addition, he/she will support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware, software and telecommunication problems, assists users with application support and train them as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft A+ certification.
- 2 years providing desktop and help desk support in a Microsoft environment.
- Must be familiar with MS Active Directory.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
